Bird Question -- bateleur (Terathopius ecaudatus)

Does anyone know what bird this is? It was photographed in Kenya.

Thanks Saurabh! Appreciated all the more after unsuccessfully foraging thru my library books and on line for about 90 minutes! The Calphotos.Berkeley.edu picture matched almost exactly after you pointed me in the right direction.
