Helly everybody
The recent request for lizard pics was a good opportunity
to post some of my lizard photographs from
Spain and South Africa.
I even succeeded in identifying most of them.

Iberian Rock Lizard - Lacerta monticola
Schreibers Green Lizard - Lacerta schreiberi
Madeiran Wall Lizard - Podarcis dugesii
Great Psammodromus - Psammodromus alginus
Canary Island Lizard - Galliota spec. (more info needed)
Moorish Gecko - Tarentola mauritanica
Southern Rock Agama - Agama atra
Ground Agama - Agama aculeata
Cape Girdled Lizard - Cordylus cordylus

Agama aculeata, the ground agama, is a species of lizard from the family Agamidae, found in most of sub-Saharan Africa (Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, Southern Angola, Tanzania, Zambia, Eswatini). Order: Squamata > Suborder: Iguania > Family: Agamidae > Genus: Agama > Species: Agama aculeata
