Another one for the saturation fanciers - Lioness resting in Hannover Zoo Hi,
no, I haven't been guilty of abusing alcoholic beverages before scanning
this picture :-) The Hannover Zoo lion enclosure is surrounded by red
artificial rock that causes odd reflections varying with the stance and
intensity of the sun. You can see the material responsible for this on
an earlier picture of mine
(http://mercury.spaceports.com/~schmode/lioness020.htm) - it is pretty
much the same with the tiger enclosure. However, I like the special
colors these walls add to the cats and I hope you feel the same.
