Dear Kim,
You asked for identifications of animals in three postings. The first,
50327, is an impala male. (Aepyceros melampus). The image of number
50325 is too small for me to be certain but I think it is a Dama
Gazelle. (Gazella dama). Number 50324 is a roan antelope male.
(Hippotragus equinus). All three are African species. The Dama
gazelle, ( again I'm not certain of this identification) occurs in and
near deserts in North Africa and there are a number of subspecies, each
with a somewhat different coat pattern. The others occur in East Africa.
