Barn Owl
Foward-pointing eyes.
THIS OWL is one of the world's most widespread birds, but because it is nocturnal it is not often seen. Unlike other owls, barn owls have a heart-shaped face, formed by a ring around each of its eyes. They usually hunt by flying low over open ground.
