The dragonfly spends half of its life underwater and half in
the air. Come breeding season, it returns to its water life.
The male dragonfly wraps the neck of the female with his tail
and urges her to hurry in laying her eggs. The female dragonfly
lays her eggs on plants in the water. But she also lays while
flying low above the water. The dragonfly must lay as many
eggs as possilbe before the pond dries up.
