Flowers give the nectar to bees.
Why is the nectar found so deep inside the flower?
It is to prevent the nectar from drying up or being washed
away by the rain. But most importantly, it is to lure the
insects in so they can carry away with them the flower's
pollen. If the insects stick their heads deep into the flower,
the pollen would naturally stick to their bodies in the
process. Indulding itself in sweets, the bee is unaware that
it is transporting the pollen.
