1. Triacanthus brevirostris = Triacanthus biaculeatus (Short-nosed tripodfish)
Triacanthus biaculeatus is a fish species belonging to the family Triacanthidae. It is also known as shortnose tripodfish. It is found in the marine, brackish, fresh, and terrestrial environments of India, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Taiwan Strait, East China Sea, and Yellow Sea.

2. Triacanthus strigilifer = Pseudotriacanthus strigilifer (Long-spined tripodfish)
Pseudotriacanthus strigilifer, the long-spined tripodfish, is a species of Triacanthidae native to the Indian Ocean and the central western Pacific Ocean where it is found in coastal marine waters, also entering brackish waters in estuaries, at depths of from 2 to 110 metres.

3. Balistes maculatus = Canthidermis maculata (Rough triggerfish, spotted oceanic triggerfish)
is a species of triggerfish that belongs to the family Balistidae. It is also known as the saddled triggerfish and is found in the Indo-Pacific region, including the Red Sea, the eastern coast of Africa, the Hawaiian Islands, and the Marquesas Islands. The fish has a distinctive appearance with a brownish-grey body and white spots on its scales. It can grow up to 60 cm in length.

4. Balistes erythrodon = Odonus niger (Redtoothed triggerfish)
Odonus niger is a species of triggerfish that is native to the tropical Indo-Pacific region. Some common names for this fish include redtoothed triggerfish, blue triggerfish, redfang triggerfish, redtoothed filefish, and Niger triggerfish. The red-toothed triggerfish is normally deep purple with bluish-green markings on their heads and glowing light blue margins on the tail lobes and fins. The mouth of the triggerfish seems to be grinning and it maintains tiny red teeth that are needle-sharp with two teeth in the upper jaw which can be seen when its mouth is closed.
