Pilot fish, marine fish that lives in warm seas, often found swimming close to sharks, ships and other large objects. A blue fish with five to seven dark bar markings on the sides and a bright white tail, it feeds on smaller fish. Length: to 61cm. Family Carangidae; species Naucrates ductor.
