GALET - Cryptoprocta ferox = fossa (Cryptoprocta ferox)
The fossa (Cryptoprocta ferox) is a cat-like, carnivorous mammal endemic to Madagascar. It is a member of the Eupleridae, a family of carnivorans closely related to the mongoose family (Herpestidae).

ICHNEUMON - Herpestes Ichneumon = Egyptian mongoose (Herpestes ichneumon)
The Egyptian mongoose (Herpestes ichneumon), also known as the ichneumon, is a species of mongoose. This mongoose can be found in Egypt, Libya, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Palestine, and most of sub-Saharan Africa.

HEMIGALE - Hemigale Hardwickii = banded palm civet (Hemigalus derbyanus)
The banded palm civet (Hemigalus derbyanus), also called the banded civet, is a civet found in the Sundaic region and occurs in peninsular Myanmar, peninsular Malaysia, peninsular Thailand and in Indonesia on the islands of Sipura, Sumatra and Borneo.

CIVITT - CIVET - Viverra civetta = African civet (Civettictis civetta)
The African civet (Civettictis civetta) is the largest representative of the African Viverridae and the sole member of its genus. It is considered common and widely distributed in sub-Saharan Africa.

ZIBETH - Viverra zibetha = large Indian civet (Viverra zibetha)
The large Indian civet (Viverra zibetha) is a civet native to South and Southeast Asia. The large Indian civet ranges from Nepal, northeast India, Bhutan, Bangladesh to Myanmar, Thailand, the Malay peninsula and Singapore to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and China.

PALE GENET - Genetta senegalensis = common genet (Genetta genetta senegalensis)
The common genet (Genetta genetta), also known as Small-spotted Genet, is a small viverrid indigenous to Africa that was introduced to southwestern Europe and the Balearic Islands. Genetta genetta is widely distributed north of the Sahara, in savanna zones south of the Sahara to southern Africa and along the coast of Arabia, Yemen and Oman. It has also been recorded in Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.

ZENICK - Suricata zenick = meerkat (Suricata suricatta)
The meerkat or suricate (Suricata suricatta) is a small carnivoran belonging to the mongoose family (Herpestidae). It is the only member of the genus Suricata. Meerkats live in all parts of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana, in much of the Namib Desert in Namibia and southwestern Angola, and in South Africa.
