The Australian reed warbler (Acrocephalus australis) is an Old World warbler in the genus Acrocephalus. It lives in reed beds across Australia. It has also been observed in Papua New Guinea and nearby islands. It is about 16 centimetres long, and brown and buff in colour. Order: Passeriformes, Superfamily: Sylvioidea, Family: Acrocephalidae, Genus: Acrocephalus, Species: Acrocephalus australis (Gould, 1838).
