Red-breasted Toucan (Ramphastos dicolorus) Red-breasted toucan -- Tucano-de-bico-verde -- Ramphastos dicolorus
The second main toucan species easily confused for the channel-billed toucan except for its light green beak and slightly harsher squawk. It hangs around with groups of the channel-billed as they move around looking for palm fruit. This one was just outside our bedroom window.
