The Hatinh Langur (Trachypithecus hatinhensis) is an Old World monkey found in Vietnam, primarily in Quang Binh province. A recent (2005) survey discovered a population of 12 individuals living on a limestone cliff in Quang Tri province. In the local Van Kieu, this lutung is called 'Con Cung', which roughly translates as "black, cliff-dwelling monkey with a long tail".
This langur was once considered a subspecies of the Fran??ois’ Langur (Trachypithecus francoisi), but was elevated to full species level in 1995.
