She's a beautiful little calico that had been hanging around our house
for a month or so and when the weather started getting cold, we
decided she'd be better off inside. As might be expected, there were
a few conflicts with the other cats but things are calming down
nicely.

The name Andromeda, incidentally, comes from a calico that my
grandmother had way back in the 60s. I always thought that was a fine
name...
