This is a Australian cattle dog...P.S. Great Danes are born
with big floppy ears that are cropped to make them "point"..
My own papered Aussie cattle dog looks exactly like the one
in this picture, but she's got one blue eye..and yes,
her ears come to a sharp point.

I'd definitely go with the Australian cattle dog ID.
It's also called a Queensland blue heeler. It most
certainly is NOT a Great Dane!
