This is the Curly-tailed lizard, Leiocephalus Carinatus, a native of
the Bahamas who now has several colonies in S. Florida. When he runs
he carries that curly tail up like a scorpion.
For those interested: Minolta 800si, Minolta 85-200 mm zoom and
Elitechrome Extra Color 100 ISO. Shot in aperture preferred mode at f8
and 1/125 sec. Scanned in HP PhotoSmart with Vuescan 6.1
