Resuming 1999 San Diego pictures, negative scans this time - please ID this damn bird :-) Hi group,
I have just started to rescan the animal pictures taken during my
California holiday stay in October 1998. While the original pictures
were flatbed scans from paper prints, I am now scanning the negatives
for better results.
This is one of the first pics I posted here and uploaded to my web page.
Till now, it hasn't been identified beyond reasonable doubt. It was
taken in an enclosure in San Diego Zoo, so I am quite certain it is not
a California native. Anyone able to help? I'd love to get the correct
name on my web page some time.
Greetings from Germany -
Ralf
