Japanese King Kong (1933)

Japanese King Kong (Wasei Kingu Kongu) (1933)
Resolution: 1044x1490
Description
Wasei Kingu Kongu (和製キング・コング?, lit. Japanese King Kong) was a 1933 Japanese black-and-white silent film directed by Torajiro Saito. The film is now considered lost. It was a silent short based on the 1933 film King Kong and produced by Shochiku Studios (who released the original 1933 film in Japan on behalf of RKO). It has been suggested, without any strong evidence, that the film was lost as a result of the US atomic bombings in 1945.
